Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and we work hard to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date delivery is confirmed through the tracking information to return your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

In situations where we are at-fault (i.e., misprints, incorrect product shipped, etc.), we will provide a full refund or exchange once the product is returned to us and processed through our Returns Team. In situations when we are not at-fault (i.e., incorrect size/color/product purchased, etc.) we do not accept returns.

Explain the reason you would like a return and please include photos of the product along with proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved or not.

If approved, we will immediately refund the purchase price to your original payment method. It may take a few days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
