Shipping policy
We work closely with our manufacturing partners to custom create each product we offer, only after you've ordered it. So each product you order is made especially for you.
When you order multiple products, please be aware that they may ship separately when we are unable to ship them from the same manufacturing facility.
Our products typically take 3 to 10 business days to reach you, once shipped. Please refer to the product page for specific shipping times based on the product you are purchasing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the website for the appropriate carrier, as indicated in the email, to track your package.
If more than 10 days have passed since you submitted your order, and you have not received a tracking number or your package, please contact us at admin@hausofrenee.com.
Lost Packages
Once your order is shipped, we have no control over the package or its whereabouts. If the carrier indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier and file a lost package claim with them. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
On rare occasions, orders that are shipped from one of our overseas fulfillment centers may be held at customs for an extended period of time. This is out of our control and we cannot do anything to expedite delivery.
We are not responsible for any additional customs fees incurred.
